After forming Bitcoin Branches US in 2020 and hosting multiple in-person and virtual entrepreneur events, the founders of Bitcoin Branches US saw a need within the entrepreneur community they helped bring together.
That need led to the creation of Founders Group Worldwide, which launched in early 2022 and is headquartered in El Salvador. We decided that we needed to not only connect entrepreneurs and provide them with valuable information, but also support them with options for funding their innovative cryptocurrency and blockchain related projects and new companies.
Due to limited access to bank loans, capital, private equity, corporate investors, etc., we heard our entrepreneur participants’ concerns and frustrations. Who better to support cryptocurrency and blockchain entrepreneurs and innovators than other cryptocurrency and blockchain entrepreneurs?
Both our Venture Capital and Investor Tiers are full of entrepreneurs and other investors who want to financially support crypto & blockchain startups and small companies that have long-term growth potential. These high-growth investment opportunities are what our investors will have access to as part of one or more of our groups under the Founders Group Worldwide umbrella.
We encourage you to join us – as a venture capital investor, other investor and/or as an emerging project or company that needs funding.
To unite investors and entrepreneurs to help achieve success in the cryptocurrency, blockchain and other industries.
Laurie Hermann and “Bitcoin Ben” joined forces in 2020 to launch Bitcoin Branches US and its entrepreneur events in 2021. After much success, they decided that there was another need in the community they helped build.
The Venture Capital Group will be led by a 7-person Board of Directors guiding the group’s overall direction. The Board of Directors will always include Founders Group Worldwide leaders/owners Laurie Hermann and “Bitcoin Ben” Semchee.
For the first year (2022/2023), the leadership team (Laurie and Ben) hand selected the remaining five members of the Board.
In subsequent years, the Venture Capital Group members will be asked to nominate other active members, or volunteer, for participation on the Board of Directors. All active group members will vote, and the five members who have the most votes will be designated as a member of the Board of Directors.
Each term is one-year, and the position is unpaid. Board of Director members will be required to participate in quarterly meetings as well as other responsibilities. A full role description with responsibilities will be available soon.
Whether you are an investor looking to participate in providing venture capital, seeking companies with exceptional growth potential, or an entrepreneur seeking venture capital or access to other like-minded, interested investors, we have an option for you.
Working together to give exceptional emerging cryptocurrency & blockchain projects and new companies a chance at success.
