The Venture Capital Group will be led by a 7-person Board of Directors guiding the group’s overall direction. The Board of Directors will always include Founders Group Worldwide leaders/owners Laurie Hermann and “Bitcoin Ben” Semchee.
The first year, 2022/2023, the leadership team (Laurie and Bitcoin Ben) hand selected the other five members of the Board.
In subsequent years, the Venture Capital Group members will be asked to nominate other active members, or volunteer, for participation on the Board of Directors. All active group members will vote, and the five members who have the most votes will be designated as a member of the Board of Directors.
Each term is one-year, and the position is unpaid. Board of Director members will be required to participate in quarterly meetings as well as other responsibilities.
